Your First Visit

At Dr. Black and Dr. Song's office, our initial consultation is complimentary. During this exam, our Treatment Coordinator will take digital photos of your teeth and take a digital panoramic x-ray, if you haven't had one in the last year.

You will then meet Dr. Black and Dr. Song, who will conduct a thorough Orthodontic examination, Dr. Black along with Dr. Song and our Treatment Coordinator will help explain the treatment recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to discuss the financial considerations with our Treatment Coordinator. All at no charge!

Financial Information

Orthodontic treatment with Dr. Black and Dr. Song is highly individualized, and so are your payment options. Should you wish to pay in full at the start of treatment, we will gladly offer you a courtesy adjustment.

If you wish to pay a down payment and monthly throughout treatment, we can also offer you our office payment plan, with no interest charges.

Should you wish no down payment, we can also suggest 3rd party Orthodontic financing that may best fit your needs.

And, if you have multiple family members who have had treatment in our office, we will thank you with a family courtesy adjustment as well!

Insurance

We accept most forms of Orthodontic insurance, and as a courtesy to our patients, we will take care of insurance billing for you. Just be sure to bring your insurance information with you to your first visit, and be sure to keep us updated during treatment if there are any changes to your insurance.

Regular Orthodontic Adjustments

After you begin treatment, your regular appointments will be approximately 20-minute visits every 6-8 weeks throughout treatment. Depending on Dr. Black and Dr. Song's goals for each visit, you may occasionally be asked to come in for longer or shorter appointments, or during work or school hours.
